What's actually included in the setup fee?expand_more
Full build-out of everything in the plan: website, voice agent configuration + training, every automation, client portal setup, and onboarding. Nothing is added-on later. What you see in the plan is what you get for the setup fee.
What does the monthly retainer cover?expand_more
Hosting, AI model usage, telephony credits (Twilio/ElevenLabs), monitoring, routine optimization, and minor updates. Major new builds are scoped separately. If you ever hit a usage spike above what's included, we notify you before any overage.
What's the refund policy?expand_more
Two layers: 1) Before you pay — we build first. If you review the delivered system and don't approve it, you walk. No charge. 2) After you pay — you have a 30-day satisfaction window. If anything in the delivered scope fails to perform as agreed, we fix it or refund your setup in full. After 30 days, the setup fee is locked.
How does the lock-in discount work?expand_more
Month-to-month = full retainer, cancel any time. 6-month term = 10% off monthly 12-month term = 20% off monthly 24-month term = 30% off monthly Lock-in gets you better rates. Cancel early on a locked term and you pay a prorated early-termination that covers our operational cost — no punitive fees.
Can I upgrade later?expand_more
Yes. Your setup fee is credited toward the next tier if you upgrade within 90 days. After that, upgrades are scoped as add-ons.
